We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address, or for delays caused by third-party payment networks outside of our control.

We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required to do so by law or regulation. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to the completion of any active plans or pending transactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metso Minerals and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from market conditions, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Metso Minerals is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
